Welcome aboard our all access pass journey. We're excited to have you wielding the power of the Crew Unlimited Pass and the Friends + Fam pass as members of our crew. To ensure smooth sailing for all, here's your guide to booking and using these passes with #cellularcommitment top of mind.
Crew Unlimited Pass Policies
Grace Periods
When it comes to our crew, there's no wiggle room for grace cancellations or no-shows. Late cancels and no-shows will be noted and marked as penalties in our system.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, make sure you do it within the 12-hour window. This gives everyone a chance to access our programming and services.
Booking Window — Standby Policy
All Crew members adhere to the Standby Policy: paying guests take priority. If there is one spot left, staff can be let in if that spot is still available when class begins. If there are 5 or more spots left, staff may be added upon arrival. Staff cannot be placed on the MT Standby List, nor can holds be placed on behalf of crew.
Special Events
For special events, please confirm with Shannon Bent the type of credit required. Your comp Crew Pass should not be used to book into events unless confirmed otherwise.
Late Cancel Fee
A $35 fee applies if you cancel after the grace period.
No Show Fee
A $35 fee will be charged for no-shows. Let's keep the ship tight by respecting our shared commitments.
Friends + Fam Pass
The same policies apply. A loss of credit is applied in the case of a no-show or late cancellation.
